Apologies for site outage - December 2018

FieldenMaps.info went offline around 12pm on 30 November 2018. This was due to a change to the IP address of the server hosting the site. The DNS record for the domain was not updated correctly until 3pm on 1 December 2018, and a further misconfiguration was not corrected until 9:40pm. This meant that the site was offline for nearly 34 hours, and it may take until 3pm on 2 December for the DNS change to be propagated and allow the site to be fully-functional again.

I'd like to apologise for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused you - this was a result of an unforeseen error outside my control, and a delay in diagnosing the cause(s).

- Ed Fielden, 1 December 2018
